I can help you with all operational, day to day HR issues; alongside helping you with more long term and strategic projects. My clients are typically small to medium sized organisations who may or may not have in-house HR support; who need to call upon specialist expertise on either an occasional or regular basis. I can work alongside you to deliver the services you need, when you need them.
My most popular services are : providing contracts of employment and staff handbooks (and all the advice the client needs in understanding them); outlining the options to clients around managing poor performance; helping clients deal with employee relations issues such as disciplinaries & grievances; providing guidance on Family Friendly issues and absence; and also supporting both employers and employees who need to go through a redundancy or TUPE process.
I also provide support to larger organisations when an extra pair of hands is needed or where it is appropriate to have third party input to help resolve an issue.
In 2019 I began delivering HR Training Courses at Sparsholt Business. The College based near Winchester at Sparsholt offers a range of business related courses aimed at the small employer. As a Mental Health First Aider (trained by MHFA England) I can help individuals who are in crisis and may need support in the workplace. I work with my clients in ensuring that mental health now features on their HR agendas.
